Job Title:
Recruitment Administrator

Main Purpose:                 
Ensuring efficient flow of recruitment activities and administration – supporting the Recruitment Consultants and management by carrying out common office duties.   

Reporting To:
Director

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing website correspondence by answering emails, directing candidate registrations and new vacancy registrations to the relevant consultants;
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary;
  • Assists in planning and arranging company events;
  • Drafts, formats and prints relevant documents;
  • Manages and tracks staff holiday and expenses;
  • Interacting with Consultants and carrying out administration requests;
  • Updating the leads spreadsheet daily;
  • Recognising new business opportunities and passing onto Consultants to action;
  • Managing outgoing post;
  • Assist with company invoicing;
  • Updating the CRM with relevant information;
  • Management of the company’s social media pages;
  • Carrying out marketing activities on behalf of the company;
  • Sending out candidate congratulation packs to placed candidates;
  • Coordination of Director meetings with Consultants;
  • Producing monthly reports;
  • Ordering office supplies;

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills. 
  • Experienced using Microsoft products to a high standard. 
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot new business opportunities.
