We are currently partnered with a global advertisement and brand consultancy in London, who are now looking to hire their first HR Manager into the business.
You’ll be looking after circa 40 employees across the business in a standalone capacity, so you’ll be undertaking both operational and strategic duties - including supporting the board in devising and implementing ambitious growth plans for the coming years.
The role itself is split between two elements, the primary being the inhouse HR Manager, but secondary, the business would like to you support the newly created Employee Engagement practice within the business - helping their clients to create passionate employees and drive performance across the business.
Ideal candidates will have HR Manager experience within a professional or creative environment - the client has also mentioned that someone working for a larger corporate, who is considering a move into a smaller, more creative business could potentially be a good fit.
