We are delighted to be partnered with a global leisure brand, who are now seeking to take on two new HR Coordinators into the team.

You'll be reporting directly into the HR BP, who in turn reports into the HR Manager and HR Director - working within a wider HR department of 6. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy the generalist aspects of HR, as you'll be dealing with a variety of duties ranging from general HR administration, through to recruitment, welfare and low level ER issues.

The ideal candidates will have prior experience working within a HR position, with strong administration and organisational skills.


  • Manage the entire recruitment process on behalf of the business, including posting job adverts, raising new starter forms, shortlisting candidates and booking in interviews on behalf of managers.
  • Deal with all low level ER issues, dealing with all phone and inbox queries and absence.
  • Booking and coordinating training for your business area, whilst following procedures to ensure best ROI.
  • Manage the on-boarding administration on behalf of the business, through to leavers administration.
  • Performance management
  • Administer Maternity and Paternity letters and coordinate gifts etc.
  • Act as the HR representative during disciplinary/grievance hearings.
  • Contribute to HR projects across the business.


  • Previous experience within HR, ideally as a Administrator or above.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards - although this isn't a requirement.
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in at all levels.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.

The Package:

  • Salary between £25,000 and £30,000
  • Annual bonus of 7.5%, some of which is based on personal performance.
  • Company pension of 4.5%
