We are delighted to be representing a highly reputable and forward-thinking Tour Operator based in the City of London who are now looking for a HR Coordinator to join the business. This is truly brilliant role for someone who wants to a part of an ever-expanding company who follows a forward-thinking mentality.

You'll be dealing with circa 100 employees within a very reputable and global business. You will be working very closely with the current HR Manager, which makes this a great opportunity to pick up responsibilities you otherwise wouldn't within larger HR teams and truly partner the business.

I’d strongly recommended this role for any travel enthusiast with wanderlust, because this role supports annual trips to a variety of places Inc. Australia, Toronto, and Thailand. Furthermore, to the successful candidate, the company rewards their staff with 1 free trip to a destination of their choosing. Annually!

It's important you have experience as a HR Administrator with (preferably) 2 years of experience within this role and feel comfortable in assisting a team HR Professionals with day to day administrative HR duties, as well as assisting during strategic projects.

Key Duties:

  • Support with Administrative objectives, with low level ER aspects.
  • Produce all new starter documentation.
  • Update and maintain the HR information system.
  • Monitoring holidays, absence and sickness.
  • Contribute to continue improvement of the HR function and processes.
  • Consult with Managers on workforce and performance management issues.
  • Provide Employee Relations support across the business.
  • Coordinate the annual appraisal process.
  • Working alongside the Talent Partner in relation to policies and procedures.


  • Previous experience within HR, ideally as a Administrator or above.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified (not a requirement)
  • You must have an outgoing and social personality, increasing the visibility of the HR function is key.
  • Confident in both yourself and your experience.
  • Not too jumpy.
  • Passionate about travel and active travel enthusiast.
  • Qualifications are not required but beneficial.

The Package:

  • Salary between £28,000 and £30,000 (May be some movement on this depending on experience)
  • Annual travel to destinations such as Australia, Toronto, Cape Town, Nairobi, Thailand.
