We are working with a logistics business, located in Leeds who are looking for a HR Advisor who will be able to work heavy ER cases, alongside TUPE and redundancy, all within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within the Blue-Collar sector, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Construction etc., and have relevant experience working as a HR Advisor, who is comfortable working heavy admin, up to date with employment law as well as experienced with company restructure and redundancy.

The company offers a range of benefits, including childcare vouchers. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards.


  • Providing support, advice and guidance to operational managers on all areas of employee relations
  • Delivering formal training to managers on a range of HR subject areas.
  • Liaising with legal advisor's on employment law issues.
  • Managing a varied and complex ER case-load.
  • TUPE transfers, restructures and redundancies
  • Analyse and interpret HR data to make improvements and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships

Essential criteria:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards, along with experience of a similar role in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience of advising high volume employee relations issues
  • You will have experience of advising on change programmes including redundancy, staffing restructures and TUPE transfers
