We are currently partnering an international logistics company based in Hayes - West London who are looking to hire a experienced Global HR Manager.

You’ll be joining a growing business and will be responsible for heading up the people agenda across the business, both operationally and strategically.

Ideal candidates will have some exposure to the logistics/manufacturing industry and must have experienced working on a global capacity. This role is full-time. The company requires someone who can handle heavy ER case-loads, and organise their time effectively and accordingly. The company is looking to have revamp of it's culture, with a big focus on Employee Engagement. The company requires the Global HR Manager to be proactive within the company and to review and implement global strategic policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the company at both a strategic and operational level in relation to all HR matters.
  • Develop and roll out HR policies and procedures, including staffing requirements, skill shortages and risks to the business.
  • Lead the global HR strategy
  • Assist in the overall training needs of the business, including organisation of the relevant training courses.
  • Partner the senior management team will all HR related matters, coaching and advising where possible.
  • Provide appropriate levels of assurance that minimise risk to the business - Discrimination claims, personal injury etc.
