Our Candidates

Each candidate will have an assigned Recruitment Consultant who already operates within their set industry, for example; professional services, manufacturing or technology, ensuring they have both a client and talent pool to match. We’re able to offer expertise and truly partner our candidates in their job search; active or passive.

Our Consultants understand the process of securing a new job can be challenging and time consuming; as a result of this we often encourage our candidates to allow us to represent them when securing a new position, providing full transparency, expertise and insider information you usually wouldn’t get when applying direct. The process doesn’t end just there, you’ll receive excellent aftercare once you’ve found your new job and all feedback will be provided, positive or negative. We initially pre-screen all of our candidates, to ensure opportunities are always specifically suited to their experience, personality and future ambitions.
